What is a Candles Pouring Party?
Candles, Cocktails & Conversation Pouring Parties (CCCPP) are a time to gather with friends in your home or office. This will be a soothing evening as we hand pour soy candles, pour cocktails all while pouring into each other. We will converse about inspiring, spicy and thought provoking topics. Each guest will go home with two 4oz self-made, hand poured scented candles and memories that are long lasting
What is My Responsibility as a Hostess?
-Secure the location ( home or Office )
-Invite guest ( 5-20 guest )
-Provide beverages
-Correspond with the I Am Soy Candle representative
-Receive 2, 8oz I Am Soy Candles
-Enjoy an exciting time full of fun, laughter and maybe even a few tears with friends
What will I Am Soy Candles Provide?
-We will provide all the supplies for making hand poured soy candles
-1 bottle of *vodka
-A box of conversation topics
-We will be onsite for about 2 1/2 hours- 3 hours
*The vodka can be substituted for a non-alcoholic beverage for non-alcoholic events
What is the Price for a CCCPP?
At the time a CCCPP is reserved there’s a $60 non-refundable booking fee. Each participating guest will pay $30. There is a minimum of 5 guest per party not to exceed 20 guest (excluding the hostess). If the minimum guest requirement is not met, the difference in payment will be required. The balance of each party is to be paid in full up to 3 days or more prior to the reserved CCCPP date. Any additional participating attendees must pay upon arrival.
What is the Cancelation Policy?
If a CCCPP is canceled the booking fee is non-refundable, all other received fees will be returned with in 7 days. If the party is rescheduled within 4 months the booking fee will be applied.
