What is a Candle Pouring Party?
Candles, Cocktails & Conversation Pouring Parties are a time to gather with friends, as we hand pour soy candles and cocktails while pouring into each other with love and conversation. We will inspire each other through thought provoking topics. Each guest will go home with two 4 ounce self-made, hand poured scented candles and life-long memories.
What is My Responsibility as a Hostess?
- Secure the location (home, church or office)
- Invite guests (5-25 guests)
- Provide food and beverages
- Correspond with the I Am Soy Candles representative
- Receive two 8 ounce candles
- Enjoy an exciting time full of fun, laughter and maybe even a few tears with friends
What Will I Am Soy Candles Provide?
- All supplies for making hand poured soy candles
- 1 bottle of *vodka
- Conversation topics
- Onsite for 2.5 to 3 hours
*Can substitute vodka for a non-alcoholic beverage
Pricing
- A $60 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of reservation. Each participating guest will pay $30. There is a minimum of 5 guests per party not to exceed 25 guests (excluding the hostess). If the minimum guest requirement is not met, the difference in payment will be required. The balance of each party is to be paid in full 3 days prior to the reserved date. Any additional participating attendees must pay upon arrival.
What is the Cancelation Policy?
- If canceled, the booking fee is non-refundable; however, all other monies received will be returned within 7 days. If the party is rescheduled within 4 months, the booking fee will be applied.
